Pen syringes come in many different sizes and capacities. We use the shortest needle to reduce pain, reduce the chance of intramuscular injection, and reduce the fear of the patient.

CHARACTERITICS

The KWT pen syringe needle has a extra thinner wall that reduces the plunger force and helps to flow a large amount of liquid. A syringe barrel with a clear and exact number of scales helps the user to better control the dose.

  • Sterilized by EO gas, non-toxic, non-pyrogenic, single use only.
  • Uni-body.
  • Sufficiently transparent barrel allows easy measurement of the volume contained in the syringe and detection of air bubble.
  • Graduated scale on the barrel is easy to read. Graduation is printed by indelible ink.
  • The plunger fits the inside of barrel very well to allow for free and smooth movement.
  • Material for barrel and plunger: Medical grade PP(polypropylene).

  • Material for gasket: Natural latex / Synthetic rubber(latex free).

  • Individual pack: Blister pack ,Polybag or 10pcs/polybag.

  • The orange color of the cap helps the patient easily discriminate the pen syringe from other uses and prevent misuse.

  • Sizes available: 0.3ml, 0.5ml, 1ml.

  • OEM designs are welcomed Inner packing: Blister packed or polybag packed Outer packing: Corrugated carton.

  • U-100 or U-40.

  • Needle size: 27G, 29G, 30G, 31G.
